If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply email us at hello@rockit-fuel.com within 21 days of receiving your order. This also includes products that have been opened and used - we want you to experience the benefits for yourself, worry-free.

    Once your refund email has been received and your claim has been verified, we'll process your refund into your bank account within 14 days.

    PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY OR SHIPPING

      Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact hello@rockit-fuel.com within 7 days of receiving your goods. Please provide photo evidence so we can assess the damage and provide a refund or exchange if required. We understand it can be frustrating when this happens, and we thank you for your patience and cooperation with organising a faulty free replacement.

        How to make a claim

        1. Email hello@rockit-fuel.com with the subject line “Money Back Guarantee” plus your name within 21 days of your purchase

        2. Include the following information in your email:

          1. Full name

          2. Order number

          3. Reason for return

          4. Bank account details (account name, BSB, account number)

        3. Once Rock it Fuel has verified & approved your claim, your refund will be processed into your bank account within 14 days.  You don't need to return the remainder of the product - offer it to someone else who might enjoy it!

        Terms and Conditions

        1. The participation of the limited time “Money Back Guarantee” offer (“Offer”) is open only to buyers of Rock it Fuel products (excluding merch and accessories) who are 18 years or over (“You”) and are located in Australia.

        2. Rock it Fuel may verify the validity of your claim. Rock it Fuel shall be entitled to reject any claim and prohibit any one from participating in the Offer if Rock it Fuel deems there is an abuse of the Offer, a fraud in the claim or an intent to jeopardise the fair operation of the Offer.

        3. By participating in the Offer, you accept these terms and conditions.

        4. The Offer applies only to Rock it Fuel retail sized products excluding merch and accessories

        5. To make a claim email hello@rockit-fuel.com

        6. Your claim must be submitted via our Rock it Fuel customer services team. You must provide the requested information and send a digital copy of the purchase receipt to hello@rockit-fuel.com with the claimed item circled.

        7. While you are not required to return the product to us, you will be refunded the full price of the product, but not the shipping costs.

        8. Any claim received by Rock it Fuel that is over 21 days following the date of the purchase receipt will not be processed.

        9. Only one refund per household at any one time.

        10. The refund will be the lesser of the purchase price of the claimed product as specified on the purchase receipt or the recommended retail price.

        11. Refunds will be made by direct deposit into your personal bank account no later than 14 days after your claim has been approved.

        12. Rock it Fuel's decision shall be final.

        13. Rock it Fuel shall be entitled to change these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.

        14. Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts, modifies or excludes any applicable statutory consumer rights.
